Proverbs 31:10

A wife of noble character who can find? She is worth far more than rubies.  And that describes my wife.  She has been by my side every day but one as I go through this ordeal, comforting me, doing her best to manage household finances.

  2. Proverbs 25:24
It is better to dwell in the corner of the housetop, than with a brawling woman and in a wide house.

Since Solomon, the purported author of the Proverbs, had numerous wives and concubines, I guess he had experience in numerous types of relationships.

I'm like Mr. Cramer - most of the time my wife is worth far more than rubies. But if I happen to scorn her, I retire to the far corner.
