CORTS TR PECO ENERGY CAP TRIII CORTS 8.00% KTH:NYSE has only a 6.35% annualized yield, but 

 Fixed dividend payment over the life; stated in the prospectus as an annual dividend percentage rate

But no Call Date or Price, and an A3 Moody's rating.  A bit of security for a lower yield.  I am also running out of high yield preferred stocks with adequate diversification.
