An Adam Sandler Movie Neither Vulgar Nor Crude

The premise of The Cobbler is simple; a shoe repair guy inherits a sole stitcher that enables him to put on repaired shoes and become the owner.  (Walk a mile in another man's shoes.)  It isn't really a comedy; more a light drama that is often romantic and touching; one of the more touching and positive films I have seen.  And when the last time you saw a film that opens entirely in Yiddish?
My wife loved it too, and says it is very much in the style of Gimpel the Fool, part of the Jewish folklore tradition. (That's what happens when you marry someone with an MA in Literature.)
