Today's Discoveries

I have been using the CNC mill to mark drill points in aluminum square tubes.  I noticed that the center drill is noisy for the first .04", then quiets down the rest of the way to -.1".  So I changed the feed rate on the first .04" to 0.1 and 1 for the rest of the way down.  I guess the end point of the center drill is most of the struggle.  Much faster.
